Enjoy an all levels yoga class with adorable, adoptable kittens and help us support SPOT. This class is perfect for anyone looking to adopt a kitten and would like to interact before adopting, for people who like cats but are unable to have one or anyone who would like to support SPOT. The afternoon will include a 90 minute class with the kitties followed by playtime and refreshments.

The class will be lead by Debra Hodgen, a very experienced, popular yoga teacher, inspiring students in North County since 2004.
SPOT (Saves Pets One at a Time) is a nonprofit that helps local pets find a home. www.spotsavespets.org

Students who pre-register will receive a gift certificate for one week of unlimited classes yoga at Shanti Kitti.
