Sweet Chardonnay passed away suddenly in the loving care of foster mom, Chelsea O’Conner and her family.
This 12 yr. old, 5.5 lb girl was terrified of people when she first came to them; but in time she opened up and learned to trust Chelsea and her family. But the person she really warmed up to and claimed as her own was Chelsea’s son, Kellen.
We know that Chardonnay took her special memories of Kellen and his family with her as she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.❤️
