Hi, I’m Freddie — a 5-year-old black Lab mix with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life. I’m playful, affectionate, and always up for a game of fetch or a romp in the yard. Toys? Love them. Tennis balls? Obsessed.
I’ve spent time working with a trainer to learn good leash manners and basic commands, and I’d love a family who will keep helping me grow. I thrive with structure, consistency, and someone who understands big dogs like me.
I spent nearly a year in a shelter before being rescued by Spot Rescue — sometimes black dogs and large breeds are overlooked, but I know my perfect match is out there. I’m great with people and would do best in a home without cats.
I’m strong and energetic, so I’ll need a confident, experienced leader who can give me the guidance and love I deserve. In return, I’ll be your most loyal friend — full of affection, devotion, and joy.
